The Flipkart has invited applications for the post of Assistant Manager(FKW).

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing the Control documentation, testing and operating effectiveness on timely basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with various business units to ensure controls are adequate, appropriate, and effective.
  • Support internal and external audit process for relevant compliance concerns including SOX.
  • Work with various teams and subject matter experts to maintain and communicate supporting SOX documentation and internal collaboration tools.
  • Drive completion of ongoing compliance activities as required per established audit plans
  • Perform periodic gap assessments to validate compliance on an ongoing basis.
  • Facilitate semi-annual and annual control self-assessments.
  • Facilitate control and process walkthroughs with internal and external auditors.
  • Assist in data gathering and coordination activities in support of external audits.
  • Collaborate to with IT team for ITGC effectiveness of system as per standards and develop supporting organizational policies.
  • Present/train compliance requirements and program activities to cross-functional teams, as needed.
  • Consult or negotiate with various stakeholders to drive completion of programs/initiatives.
  • EFC process flows and RACM has to be reviewed every quarterly and changes (if any) to be made after discussion and confirmation from the concerned process owner. Change Management Process and Timeline have to be followed.

Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in Retail / FMCG industry
  • Good Knowledge on ICFR / SOX controls
  • Working knowledge of Financial Reporting
  • Working knowledge of India Accounting Standards
  • Good Knowledge of MS Office including excel and MS word
  • Working knowledge of Direct Tax, Indirect Taxes, companies act and other acts 
  • Working Experience in ERP Systems (preferably SAP and Oracle)
  • Strong team management, collaboration and stakeholder’s management
  • Strong Analytical and Interpersonal Skills
  • Good Communication and Presentation skills
