The National Stock Exchange is has decided to accept the XBRL files for Annual Secretarial Compliance Report which are submitted to BSE (Bombay Stock Exchange).
This circular from NSE was in response to SEBI’s Circular wherein the listed entities are required to submit Annual Secretarial Compliance Report to the exchange within 60 days of end of the financial year as per the prescribed format. The exchanges already has common XBRL taxonomy between them.
All Listed companies are therefore requested to take note that submission of Annual Secretarial Compliance Report shall be in XBRL mode only, along with the PDF.
Two options are available for submission of Annual Secretarial Compliance Report in XBRL mode over NEAPS Portal. Option one is to upload NSE XBRL and option two is to upload XBRL file generated using utility provided by other Stock exchanges in NEAPS.
