The Ministry of Commerce and Industry extended the last date of filing Quarterly Progress Report (QPRs) or Annual Performance Report (APRS) by Special Economic Zone (SEZ) units or Export Oriented Units (EOUs) or Developers.
The Under Secretary of Government, Sumit Kumar Sachan notified that inorder to ensure ease of doing business during the Covid related hardships, this Department has further decided to extend the time period for filing APRS/QPRS by SEZ Units/Developers/EOUS upto 31st December, 2021.
Last year also the Government while keeping in view of hardship due to COVID-19, decided to extend the time period for filing APRs/QPRs by SEZ Units/Developers/EOUs upto 31st December, 2020.
