Educational requirements: Degree in Law shall be preferred. · CA (Inter)/ICWAI (Inter)/ M.Com or Equivalent shall be preferred. · Knowledge of Taxation /working of Public Sector Units. · Administration Experience: – Experience in Administrative matters desirable.
Experience requirements: Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with at least 10 years of post qualification experience, of working as a Company Secretary in a reputed organization. The Candidate possessing proficiency in Accounting and Tally will have distinct advantage.
