The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) introduced the new logo to celebrate start of 75th year on eve of Chartered Accountants (CA) Day.
The logo features a modern interpretation of the Garuda, the mythical bird-like creature that is a symbol of strength, power, and wisdom in Indian mythology. The Garuda is depicted in a vibrant blue colour, which represents the dynamism and innovation of the chartered accounting profession. The logo also features the words “The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India” in a sans-serif font.
The 75th CA Day will be celebrated on July 1, 2023, to commemorate the founding of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). The ICAI is a statutory body that regulates and conducts courses for the profession of Accountancy in India. CA Day is observed by all Chartered Accountants to celebrate the milestones of the ICAI.
