- Defines and owns end to end Prime Shopping engagement business performance/reporting/updates and defining shopping benefit construct
- Partners with Category teams to define/develop analytical frameworks to track and improve Prime member shopping experience and spends
- Deep-dives on member spend trends to identify hot-spots and insights to develop program and product roadmap
- Owns Shopping program working cross functionally across teams- Shopping, Category teams, Prime Video, Fuse and central Prime/partner teams across the globe.
- Owns and drives monthly/quarterly reviews, annual and long range planning cycles for Prime Shopping engagement
