Qualification
- Chartered Accountant with 7+ year of experience.
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP
- Knowledge of Power BI and other automation tools is an added advantage
- Language skills
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required

Responsibilities
- Leads the team on key projects related to accounting and finance transformation
- Identify milestones and track project performance periodically to ensure both short-term and long-term goals are achieved
- Influence strategy with the business and finance to deliver long term efficiencies
- Maintain high standard of documentation for the process related to projects
- Business partnering on various issues related to financial reporting and strategy
- Experience in managing the Internal controls, interpreting the accounting policies & procedures
- Recruitment, training, and. development of team members
- Adopt and apply new tech initiatives to drive efficiency
- Robust understanding of Income Statement and Balance Sheet
- Good understanding of Accounting Standards (IFRS)
- Knowledge of hedge accounting is added advantage
- Ability to interact with Process stakeholders at various levels
- Project management skills will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills at all levels both internally and externally
- Good problem solving; analytical skills; ability to prioritize tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve objectives; focus on details
- Detail oriented, highly structured.
