Responsibilities:
- Develops distribution strategies for targeting various markets and customer segments to increase reach of Mahindra in relevant markets.
- Establishes pan-India ( and other markets ) channel infrastructure – dealerships, service outlets, etc – to meet the business reach and product visibility targets.
- Ensures institutionalization ofthe channel management processes ( margins, frequency of delivery, credit etc ) so as to ensure stand ardization and consistency of Mahindra dealerships. Works with Zonal Heads and State Heads to identify areas for expansion of the channel.
- Oversees improvement of dealership performance by providing timely and relevant inputs and feedback.
- Performs the role of a people manager by managing and supporting recruitment, setting performance goals for direct reports and monitoring their performance, providing developmental guidance and direction as and when required
