Job Description:
- Understanding of Internal Audit plan approved by the Internal Audit Committee.
- Understand the business process, performing assurance, and consulting activities to evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Governance, Risk Management, and control process (GRC) in accordance with the annual audit plan.
- Assisting the Internal Audit Manager while conducting a risk assessment.
- Preparing periodical blind spot analysis and supporting IA Manager during Audit plan
- Developing a risk-based audit program.
- Execute internal audits covering all functional processes and locations audit.
- Prepare and present reports that reflect audit results and document processes.
- Control evaluation for various processes and sub-processes.
- Timely completion of audits as per the annual audit plan.
- A good amount of time spends on big data analysis and exception reporting.
- Conducting special audit, fraud investigations.
- Documentation management.
- Focus on tracking and implementation of audit observations.
- Traveling to Regional offices, Filling Plants and Terminals for conducting various types of audit.
Minimum requirement:
- Chartered Accountant/Certified Internal Auditor with 4+ years of post-qualification experience in the field of internal audit preferably in Oil and gas Company.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Good Analytical and listening skills.
- Sound Knowledge of The IIA Standards and guidelines The International standards for professional practice Framework (IPPF).
- Team-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Internal/ forensic/control self-assessment.
- Business process knowledge.
- Working knowledge of SAP.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and excellent in MS excel.
- Certification course on data analytics or forensic audit will be an advantage.
