DXC Technology is hiring CA qualifiers for the role of Financial Analyst II at their Bangalore location. Candidates with 3 to 10 years of experience are required.

Job Descriptions
- Should have experience in SOX testing in the past in both performing and leading SOX engagements
- Aware of Walkthrough requirements
- Ability to quickly understand the risks and determine the adequacy of the controls to mitigate the risk
- Follow up on issues and remedial actions in a timely manner
- Should take up lead responsibilities i.e. guide the junior team members and review their work
- Should have the ability to communicate and present to senior management i.e. VPs, Senior Directors, etc.
- Should have good communication skills and being exposed to conduct virtual meetings is a plus
- Good report writing skills
- A self-starter who takes the responsibility for the work and aware of the timelines to deliver the work within the timelines
Education and Experience Required
- A professional qualification like Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant preferred but at a minimum, a first-level university degree in finance is required.
- Typically 3-10 years of post-qualification experience in an audit function, SOX, etc.,
- Experience in leading audit engagements wherein other members perform the audit work
- Other relevant certifications like CIA or CISA is an added advantage
- Experience in an IT services industry is an added advantage
Knowledge and Skills Required
- Strong technical accounting and GAAP knowledge
- Strong fundamentals in auditing
- Good communication skills.
- Good report writing skills
- Good analytical skills.
- Good application knowledge (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Visio).
- Good teamwork skills.
