Bihar State Rural Livelihoods Mission is inviting applications from CA qualifiers for the roles of Finance Officer and State Finance Manager. Candidates with 7 years of post-qualification relevant work experience are required.
Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society (BRLPS), an autonomous society under Rural Development Department, Govt. of Bihar has been designated as State Rural Livelihoods Mission by Rural Development Department, Government of Bihar to scale up the “JEEViKA” model in all 534 Blocks of 38 Districts in Bihar under National Rural Livelihood Mission. It is also implementing āNational Rural Economic Transformation Project (NRETP)ā with key objectives of Development of 100 Model CFLs, Digital Financing, Value Chain Intervention, Organic Cluster Development, Enterprise Promotion, Skill Development & Placement, Digitization of CBOsā transactions and Capitalization of CBOs, etc. in 89 Blocks across 18 districts of Bihar.

Eligibility Criteria: CA/ICWAI with a minimum of 7 years of post-qualification work experience of finance and accounts management, designing and implementing the financial system, dealing with statutory requirements, and preparing budget preferably of a large development organization.
Key Responsibilities: Finance Officer will be responsible for certifying the consolidated unaudited financial statement/report, identifying, rectifying, and suggesting preventive majors for financial, accounting, and statutory compliance-related issues/problems of the allotted Districts.
Pay Offered: Rs. 65400 / – to ā¹ 91000 / – CTS (Monthly) (Excluding other benefits)

Eligibility Criteria: Chartered Accountant/MBA -Finance /Cost Accountant from recognized institute/university with a minimum of 7 years of post-qualification relevant experience in handling internal/statutory audit and consultancy in accounts, taxation, etc. S/he should have worked in a development program/project/company/organization. S/he should be instrumental in designing and developing the financial management system of development projects/companies/Firms. Only applicants from the required category need to apply.
