Roles & Responsibilities
- Payments processing in SAP
- Rent Payments of branches across India handled centrally, Lease equalization Working and maintaining rent schedules and rent register
- Bank Reconciliations of all Payout related accounts including banks account of foreign branches
- Vendor account reconciliations & analysis and obtaining periodic balance confirmations from them
- Preparing & documenting all operating expenditure payment-related processes of the company
- Analysis of Budget v/s Actual expenses & Employee Advances
- Outwards remittances relating to branches outside India and services obtained from outside India.
- Analysis of open vendor advances & deposits
- Analysis of Vendor related Stale Cheques
- Preparing & Maintaining Prepared Expenses details and register
- Preparing Related Party Payouts Reports
- Monthly MIS and Dashboard related to payments processed
Candidate Requirement
- BCom, Inter CA/Inter ICMA with 5+ years’ experience in account team of any service industry (Preferably from Insurance/BFSI)
- Should have a sound knowledge of Accounting Standards, SAP FI, MM modules, Taxation, MS office
