Account Executive – Finance Ops vacany in OLX Group

OLX Group is hiring CA qualifiers for the role of Account Executive – Finance Ops at their Bangalore location. Candidates with at least 2 or more years of experience in Accounts and Finance are required.

Job Descriptions

They are hiring Accounts Executive for the finance operations team. Candidates are to perform day to day operations in completing accounting of books from GST returns to TDS to finalizing summary and closing balance sheet, invoicing, etc. accurately and closely coordinate with team and partners.

Educational Qualifications

• Graduate/ Post Graduate in Commerce Background or CA or MBA Preferred from a reputed institution.

Skills and Experience required

• A minimum of having experience at least 2+ Years in Accounts & Finance.
• Understanding of Accounting Software – tally ERP. Sound Knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience in manage payroll and finance reconciliation for Salary, Compliance, and Insurance payments.
• Ensuring completion of all accounting entries related to revenue and cost in Accounting Software.
• Collection Accounting and Client Reconciliation. Good knowledge of revenue recognition concept and AR accounting.
• Coordinate with the compliance and Payroll team from payment marking in the system.
• Good understanding of the basic provision of TDS & GST laws.
