BCG has invited applications for the post of Global Compensation Programs Analyst.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance. MBA with specialization in HR from a premier institute would be preferred
- Three to five years of relevant work experience, preferably at a professional services firm or in a regional compensation specialist role
- Strong knowledge of Excel and ability to design, enhance, and maintain spreadsheets and databases.
- Sound analytical skills and a willingness to look at data in different ways
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Utilize problem-solving skills both independently and in a team environment
- Self-motivated and with an ability to work autonomously managing own workload
- High level of initiative and resourcefulness
- Strong organizational skills; planning and organizing work efficiently, handling multi priorities and demonstrated ability to drive projects to conclusion
- Flexible and able to multi-task in a fast paced organization
Responsibilities
- Support in management & execution of Globally applicable Variable Pay Programs at BCG
- Liase with business HR stakeholders globally, guide them as needed to ensure accurate and timely execution of Variable Pay Programs
- Design communications using digital platforms to enhance stakeholder education & experience
- Lead implementation of compensation changes for all non-partner consulting and business support teams
- Accountable for auditing accuracy of compensation global records in HR MIS (Workday). Requires leading communication with local offices, understanding nuances and advising corrections as needed.
- Understand workday at BCG and its impact on variable pay cycle and other compensation programs. Act as an SME for global compensation team on WD tool
- Provide day to day support to global compensation managers on broad based compensation activities for their respective groups
- Participate in Special projects within the team to broaden horizons as an overall Reward Expert
