Qualifications
- More than 7 years of work experience in Finance Team with strong knowledge on accounting & finance.
- More than 5 years of working knowledge in Excel/World/PPT Presentation and knowledge on Macros.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s or MBA in Accounting and Finance.
- Preference would be given to qualified / Semi qualified CA/CMA or other professional qualification.
- Strong listening, consultative, influencing and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. To be a go-to getter.
- Strong time Management and multi-tasking skills, and an ability to work well under deadlines, with attention to detail. Work as a team.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- English language skills – excellent written and oral communication.
Responsibilities
- Secondee Management Accounting Accrual.
- Mobility Report Review for Secondee Outbound/Inbound.
- Reporting and Investigating on the Open Line items to clear the same in a Timely manner along with the Variance analysis when observation done.
- Payroll Split Report preparation.
- Support on the ADP Vs GL report analysis.
- Analysis & Report on the Financial Statements.
- Preparing monthly reconciliations for Inter-firm receivables, Payables, and Inter-company loan accounts.
- Preparing monthly reconciliations for suspense/clearing/system generated entry accounts.
- Preparation of other balance sheet reconciliations for bank and equity
- Assisting with the issuing of invoices monthly in relation to Mobility, sub-tenant recoveries and internal management fee billings.
- Monitoring and action on queries received in our central CBS finance inbox.
- Assisting with investigating and answering queries from the Finance teams and other CBS functions
- Provide support and help to follow up open items with the respective Finance teams in a timely manner (particularly inter-firm and bank)
- Investigation of variances and any unusual transactions
- Support and action when required for posting Adhoc journal
