The Novo Nordisk has invited applications for the post of Associate Analyst – Finance.
Novo Nordisk A/S is a Danish multinational pharmaceutical company headquartered in Bagsværd, Denmark, with production facilities in eight countries, and affiliates or offices in 5 countries.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Accounting Process Activity such as reconciliations, clearing, Bank Postings, Journal Postings and Manual Payment Creations.
- Query Handling from the stake holders.
- Meet all the defined KPI’s and individual target defined at process level and individual level
- General Ledger activities
- Accounts Receivable Related activities
- Month end activities
Qualifications:
- Minimum of Bachelor of commerce or Equivalent Qualification
- Good academic track record and grades
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in an accounting/audit function from a larger organisation
- Experience working with SAP
- Good knowledge to accounting documentation and transaction link, Sarbox and audit material
- Understanding how the accounting concepts is put in practice in daily process/activities
- Strong analytical skills and fluent in written and spoken English
- Must be highly motivated and flexible in order to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Fast learner i.e. able to learn the basic accounting flow in the different systems used and transform data into usable information
- Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
- Good IT Skills
- Team player
