Responsibilities:
- Daily Payment release
- All Banking related queries
- Accessibility during key settlement days
- Mailbox monitoring
- Monthly/weekly reporting to senior management
- Meet agreed controls and metrics effectively.
- Special Challenges
- Meeting deadlines for timely payment release
- Ensure compliance of Global Payment Policy
- Build connections across Trading Settlements in order to improve operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master Degree holder (Finance/Accounting)
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in any banking related process.
- Basic Banking knowledge
- Basic Accounts knowledge (Account Receivables)
- Strong in Microsoft EXCEL
- Accountabilities
- Computer Application/System Knowledge
- Intermediate knowledge in SAP
- Expertise in TRAX system
- Familiar with Microsoft Suite of Products
- Demonstration of evidence of Enterprise first and First time right approach
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong systems aptitude
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong communication skills
- Team Oriented
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong ability to deal with competing priorities and complex issues
- SAP-FI knowledge a plus
- Sound understanding of bank processes
