The new system enables applicants to participate in virtual meetings with officials from the Central Registration Cell (CRC), part of the Department of Trade and Taxes, NCT of Delhi. These meetings will be held daily, from Monday to Friday, except Gazetted holidays, in two time slots: from 11:00 am to 01:00 pm and from 03:00 pm to 05:00 pm. The meetings will take place through the Google Meet platform, with each applicant being allocated a 5-minute time slot to discuss their specific issues.
To participate in the virtual grievance resolution sessions, applicants are required to book a time slot using the following link: https://calendar.app.google/Rr4FY4HqSUskWbzx9

The implementation of an online mode of grievance redressal is aimed to expedite the resolution process, making it more accessible and user-friendly.
