The Bank of America has invited applications for the post of Assistant Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Manage BAU timelines and provide timely updates on issues and developments
- Ability to understand a problem statement and implement analytical solutions & techniques independently or with minimal supervision
- Develop & execute the required analytics and reports to help business in decision making
- Experience with emerging technologies and Reporting platforms and tools (e.g. Alteryx, Tableau is required. Drive various ad-hoc research and data requirements
- Will be responsible to handle the ongoing projects and initiatives related to Expense Reporting.
- Will manage any new projects/scope of work with innovative solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results/solutions and issues to coordinate with internal teams.
- Connect with relevant stakeholders on a regular basis
- Promptly address any process gaps and stakeholder priorities
- Gain a seat on the table and insure participation on key initiatives of the LOB assigned
- Requirements
Qualifications:
- CA/ICWA/CS/CFA/MBA Finance/PG in Finance from reputed university
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in Reporting/Accounting domain in MNC environment, Banking experience is an added advantage
- Knowledge of Alteryx and Tableau, Investment Banking products
- Working in Global Environment
- Proficiency of BI and other reporting tools
- Expertise in Analytics, basic accounting knowledge alongwith some experience in reporting for Financial services and Banking industry
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with evolving procedures and work mix
- Ability to independently communicate with senior leaders in the business
- Sound knowledge of Investment Banking products and reporting cycles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Reporting tools, Alteryx, Tableau
- Exposure of Change management and projects
- Demonstrates a positive attitude while focusing on completing tasks or goals
- A good team player
