Qualification
CMA/ MBA Finance / CA
Responsibilites
Financial:
- Co ordination in arranging of Business case inputs ( Volume, Lead model, discounts, warranty, Capex & Revex )
- Old Open commitment closure with help of user department
- Preparation of SOP & closure document.
- Hold project- Keep track of hold project
- Monitoring of hours booking on project
Budget and Business case Monitoring:
- Compilation of project for budget
- Review and Processing of notes for additional budgets/ contingency utilization and interline transfer
- Custodian for monitoring the platform material cost. Closely work with PCM team to get the desired cost inputs
- Provide/collate inputs for updation of Business case on periodic basis & on reaching critical mile stone.
- Provide input for WBS creation & release.
- Collating inputs for Annual Budgeting of the platforms.
- Quarterly estimates of Cash flows for the respective project
- Keep watch on cross booking, Hold project
Compliance Aspects ( Financial ):
- Evaluation of taxation aspects & Forex implications on the overall project cost ( import/ export, GST etc. )
- Review of Commercial agreements for consultancy and other services
- Platform related- post project completion Audits
