Qualification
- Professionally qualified (CMA or CA)
- At least 5 years of experience in Accounting and Finance. Experience in Manufacturing industry / Factory controlling / FP&A is preferable.
- Hands on experience in SAP FICO and COPA modules and basic Knowledge of Sales & Distribution, Production planning, Projects, Material master modules in SAP is an advantage
- Experience with MS Office
- Self-motivated with ability to work with diverse teams across different countries

Responsibilities:
- Performing inspection of business performance versus Plan and forecast. Performing month end closing activities and MIS reports for the respective business / functions
- Performing closing activities and MIS reports for the respective business / functions. Working with the other financial professionals in Divisions / Hubs / Countries / Functions to know and examine the drivers of financial performance and identify trends
- Preparing and examine Product / Customer profitability. Financial inspection for various âwhat ifâ scenarios and examine and the overall impact to the Divisions. Performing cost inventories, NWC
- Performing Capital investment evaluation using NPV / IRR techniques. Preparing allocation cycles and calculation of Labor hour rates and overhead absorption rates for different business scenarios. preparing and examine ad-hoc reports as per divisionâs / functionâs request
- Inspection of overhead under / over absorption indicating root cause. helping in preparation of relevant organization financial reporting, business planning & forecasting. assisting forex valuations, hedging, audits and Group on special projects
- Validating accuracy of financial data and business information and reports by performing reconciliation and review of exceptions. Ensuring processes and controls within own area of ownership are designed and implemented in line with Group and unit requirements
