Johnson & Johnson Inc. is recruiting for a Report Integration Lead for Reporting Business Product Owner Team, within Enterprise Finance Design (EFD) organization at Position Band of 25/26.
The individual will continuously work towards integrating quality reporting solutions that influences stakeholders in global finance through “future looking” reporting & analytics using state of the art reporting tools vs the traditional “postmortem” analysis using Excel, by constructively challenging status quo and driving regional and global self-service reporting adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Integration of reports as per end state architecture which will include handling – demand intake for build, product backlog, preparing and executing business simulation and UAT, on time reports deployment and ongoing operational support.
- Design, build and deploy report integration strategy by setting clear processes on report deployment, testing, change control framework, hyper care support and operational support model.
- Define and Design user stories, epics, features and product backlog
- Develop/conduct Business simulation test approach / cases.
- Develop User acceptance test approach and develop and conduct test cases
- Collaborate closely with various partners to understand change impact assessment and partner with training lead to execute train the trainer sessions
- Partner with deployment manager to handle cutover processes which includes – production deployment plan, hyper care transition plan, execute dress rehearsals, suggest on Go/No Go decision and draft project closure report
- Provide system support during hypercare for triage issues to resolve error types and handle communications, including defect resolution & system-wide issues
- Active involvement in Ongoing Cross-Project Coordination and Project Management Activities
- Partner with Global Product Owners – deploying standardized, automated, consistent and globally aligned self service reports, dashboards, key performance indicators, suggest insights and data for self-serve.
- Partner with Design team in J&J, suggest clear end user reporting needs to help define end state reporting capabilities and setting up the Digital Platform, keeping in mind Human Centric Design objective.
- Partner with Technical product owner team in J&J to ensure result are build as per functional design document and are delivered on time.
Qualifications:
- CA/MBA Finance/CMA/CPA required.
- Required years of related experience: 6+ years of overall work experience in MNC.
- Preferred related industry experience: FP&A and Financial & Management Reporting
- proven record in leading multiple high-profile projects with demanding timelines, changing requirements.
- Experience designing, developing, implementing, and handling FP&A reporting solutions
- Understanding SDLC – agile/scrum, waterfall methodologies
- Strong finance background with deep understanding of finance reporting requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication and social skills with ability to learn quickly and improve.
- Ability to synthesize project results and timelines into high-level landmarks.
- Able to handle multiple concurrent work streams.
- Understanding of Risk Management.
- Technical systems background will be preferred (Tableau, SAP BO).
