Responsibilities:
- Month-End Closing & Reporting
• Review POD receivable ledger for all the businesses (AMZL, AMXL, GSF, 3P, SSD, SWA) and categorize the open shipments into different categories like clawback, carrier yet to remit, tech issues, abuse basis the delivery status of the orders. Highlight any anomalies in POD open balances to the respective business, finance, tech teams.
• Create and share POD key metrics with leaders to drive controllership
• Streamline and automate POD reporting creating visibility and reducing business waste
- Seller Clawback
• Ensure seller clawbacks are timely executed. Work with Network loss team and ensure timely execution of abuse recovery
• Work with India and WW stakeholders to improve clawback mechanism
- Tech in POD
• Work with last mile tech team to build best-at-industry tools and processes
• Enable real-time cash pendency visibility for partners, stations, delivery associates and design scalable system controls
