The Cognizant has invited applications for the post of Banking & Finance Consulting – BA/Consultant/Sr. Consultant.
Responsibilities:
- Apply specific functional knowledge to help guide the design and implementation of the solution
- Conduct requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews and initial client discovery work
- Prepare detailed requirement specifications, and functional specifications, user stories and manage the requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Agile experience – EPIC/User story writing vis tools such as JIRA, Confluence
- Ensure Business analysis, Impact analysis, Gap analysis and System analysis are done to a high standard on defined projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with production support activities, when necessary, to help identify and resolve escalated production issues
- Play a key role in ensuring delivery from offshore centre from vendor partners is on time and of high quality as per agreed SLAs.
- Ability to clearly communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong foundational skills – written and oral business communication, stakeholder management, forward planning, team management
- Industry Analysis, Competitor Intelligence
- Strong interpersonal, team building, organizational and motivational skills
- Prepare training materials appropriate for target audiences and developed solutions and conduct training sessions
- Assist with business process redesign, roadmap planning and developing proof-of-concepts
- Support the development of strong client relationships by building trust, rapport and strong working relationships with key sponsors, stakeholders, and team members
Qualifications:
- Preferable MBA, CA, CFA [master’s degree is mandated]Would be excited to work in a small team that collaborates, shares knowledge, and empowers each other to succeed.
- Experience: 3 – 14 Years
- Has strong experience in the BFSI sector.
- Self-starter with a passion for independent, creative problem-solving, strong ownership, high commitment, and strong business judgment.
