The Boeing has invited applications from eligible candidates for the post of Finance Planning and Analyst to support and coordinate activities necessary for the company’s growing Engineering and Technology Organization in Bangalore.

Job Description:

• To ensure the proper monitoring and analysis of monthly performance to plan (FPRP/A and internal budgets).
• development of overhead budgets, allocation of budgets, performance reporting, forecasting, assessment of LRBP data, development of rate forecasts
• conducting studies to assess cost impacts relative to proposed organizational and accounting changes, labor discrepancy disposition, controlling charge account authorizations
• associated cost collection in compliance with disclosure statements and internal funding requirements.
• integration, forecasting, and support of overhead and base projections for Forward Pricing Rate Proposals/Agreements (FPRP/A) with the United States Government.

This position will also provide financial reporting and audit support to business unit management, internal/external auditors. Special projects/assignments and support of Enterprise may also be required in this position. The position will also interface closely with the Enterprise Finance Services, while aligning processes and tools to the Rate Forecasting Center of Expertise.

Therefore, this role will provide critical resource management support, overhead and labor rate analysis, and long-range business plan, while partnering with Boeing’s international accounting and finance teams to maintain and improve processes. The role will also support senior leadership in the development of strategic plans, and business case development.

Education:

MBA in Finance or Chartered Accountant with 5-8 years’ related work experience. CWA/CIMA will be considered as an additional advantage.

Experience with Multi-National Corporation strongly desired.
