Job Description
1.Understand and shape the company’s strategy and mission
2. Define & implement a key strategic project. Ensure all business projects are executed within a defined timeline
3. Research competition to study threats and opportunities on key business parameters, products, and services, innovations, etc
4. Assess the companies operational and strategic performance
5. Align process, resource planning and department goal with an overall strategy
6. Construct forecast and analytical model
7. Work closely with senior business managers and IT management to define and implement the strategic initiatives of the company
8. Prepare, monitor and control management dashboards
9. Report monthly/fortnightly/weekly strategic projects and key business nos.
10. Work on preparing the business plan of the company in close coordination with CBO
Key requirements
1. Proven experience as a business consultant or strategic planner
2. In-depth understanding of market research and data analysis
3. Analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude
4. Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
5. Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities
