The Delhi Customs, on Wednesday issued procedure for assessment in cases of nonsubmission of Original Country of Origin Certificates.
In the wake of COVID-19 facilitation measures amended the Public Notice dated April 9, 2020, addressing all the importers, customs brokers, members of the trade, and all other stakeholders.
“Other contents of Public Notice No. 24/2020 dated 09.04.2020 as amended vide Public Notice No. 31/ 2020 dated 22.04.2020 remain unchanged. Public Notice No. 24/2020 dated 09.04.2020 as amended vide Public Notice No. 31/ 2020 dated 22.04.2020 stands amended to this extent,” the circular said.
