DPIIT Proposes Fee Amendments for Inspection, Testing, and Certification Agencies under Static and Mobile Pressure Vessels (U) Rules [Read Notification]

The Commerce and Industry ministry has proposed to amend the fees for  Inspection, Testing, and Certification Agencies under Static and Mobile Pressure Vessels (U) Rules. It has released the draft rules.

These rules may be called the Static and Mobile Pressure Vessels (Unfired) (Amendment) Rules 2024. In the  Schedule -I after table B of Static and Mobile Pressure Vessels (U) Rules, 2016 following may be amended :

C. Fees payable to Inspector or Competent Person or Third Party Inspection Agency ( TPIA ) for inspection, testing and certification under rules 13, 18, 19, 33 & 43 shall be as follows:-

 i) Premises covered under Table 1, 2 & 3 of Rule 223000

 iii) Premises covered under Table 4 & 5 of Rule 225000
7Certificate of safety for transport vehicle under rule 432000
