The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India ( ICAI ) has announced the CA Foundation, Intermediate and Final examination dates for May – June 2024 under the new scheme. The examination is scheduled from May 2nd to June 26th 2024.
FOUNDATION COURSE EXAMINATION DATES
The CA foundation exam will be conducted from 20th June to 26th June 2024. The dates are 20th, 22nd, 24th and 26th 2024.
INTERMEDIATE COURSE EXAMINATION DATES

It is important to highlight that the examination schedule will remain unchanged even if any day within the examination period is declared a Public Holiday by the Central Government, State Government, or Local Bodies.
For the Foundation Examination, Papers 3 & 4 have a duration of 2 hours each. Likewise, Paper – 6 of the Final Examination and all papers of the International Taxation – Assessment Test have a duration of 4 hours. However, the duration for all other examinations is 3 hours, and the specific timings for each examination are provided below:

Further, for students seeking change of examination city/medium for the Chartered Accountants Examination–May/June 2024, the correction window for the examination forms already filled will be available during 3rd March 2024 [Sunday] to 9th March 2024 [Saturday].
Note: It is essential to note that the General Election for the 18th Lok Sabha is set to take place in 2024, pending notification. In light of this, the Examination Committee reserves the right to adjust the schedule of the May 2024 CA Examination should it coincide with the dates of the General Election.
