ICAI Sends Official Mails to CA Students Regarding Conversion to New Scheme – Check Your Inbox!

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) had officially sent mails to the CA students regarding the conversion from old scheme to new scheme. The institute has launched the new scheme for CA syllabus on 1st July 2023.

The ICAI mail states as follows:

“You may convert to New Scheme of Education and Training by following the steps mentioned below:-

1. Login into SSP
2. Click on Student Functions
3. Navigate to Student Module > Course Registration
4. Click the icon on Apply for Conversion Convert Old to New course
5. Pre-Filled form will open and student can verify the details
6. Submit the application after OTP validation.”

Students can have the opportunity to switch to the New Scheme of Education and Training without incurring any conversion fees through the Self Service Portal (SSP). If the Study Material was not previously ordered, students can request it under the New Scheme of Education and Training on the Centralised Distribution System (CDS) portal without making any payment.

A CA student recently posted about receiving an email from ICAI regarding the transition to the new scheme. She emphasised that the process takes just five minutes. It is recommended that all CA students promptly review their inboxes and complete the required procedures without delay.
