The Direct Taxes Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is organizing a “5 Days Online Refresher Course on Income Tax Appellate Proceedings” – 15 Structured CPE hours from 18th June 2020 to 22nd June 2020 from 3.30 pm to 6.30 pm.
The keynote address will be by President of Income Tax Appellate Tribunal Hon’ble Justice P. P. Bhatt. The topics will broadly include the overview of remedies available to an aggrieved assessee including rectifications, revision, with specific reference to appellate proceedings, appeal before CIT(A), and appeal before ITAT. It comes with a registration fee of Rs.1200 plus 18% GST.
There are only limited seats for the said refresher course and registration would be on a first-come-first-served basis. Participating members would be eligible for a credit of 15 Structured CPE Hours.
The objective is to augment the knowledge of the members in discharging their professional duties in a better and effective manner and to provide intensive knowledge on Income Tax Appellate Proceedings along with the opportunities for members with respect to Industry and Profession.
