The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) has made a decision to establish additional examination centres, starting December 2023. Currently, the institute has 23 examination centres in the Western Zone, 22 centres in the Eastern Zone, 32 centres in the Southern Zone, and 24 centres in the Northern Zone. Regarding the overseas examination centres, the ICMAI has centres in Bahrain, Dubai and Muscat.
The new centres to open from December 2023 are in following locations:
1. Rewari – Haryana
2. Bhiwani – Haryana
3. Anandpur Sahib – Punjab
4. Jhunjhunu – Rajasthan
5. Gorakhpur – Uttar Pradesh
6. Ratnagiri – Maharashtra
7. Satara – Maharashtra
8. Ahmednagar – Maharashtra
9. Kharagpur — West Bengal
Some of the existing centres in different cities are Bilaspur, Raipur, Baroda, Vapi, Surat, Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, Mumbai, Nagpur, Kalyan, Pune, Solapur, Port Blair, Patna, Duliajan, Jamshedpur, Cuttack, Agartala, Asansol, Siliguri, Naihati, Guntur, Vellore, Bangalore, Mangalore, Palakkad, Thrissur, Kollam, Kottayam, Malappuram, Trivandrum, Chennai, Coimbatore, Salem, Delhi, Beawar City, Chandigarh, Shimla, Jaipur, Patiala, Lucknow, Noida, Dehradun, Haridwar, Ghaziabad, Kota, Udaipur..etc.
The Candidates are advised to familiarize themselves with the examination venues in advance and complete their exam registration accordingly.
