Law Clerk cum Research Assistant Vacancy in Delhi State Legal Services Authority

Delhi State Legal Services Authority has invited application for the post of Law Clerk cum Research Assistant.

Delhi State Legal Services Authority erstwhile Delhi Legal Aid & Advice Board has been constituted by an Act of Parliament passed under “The Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987” as amended by Legal Services Authorities (Amendment) Act, 2002, to provide free and competent legal service to the weaker sections of the society to ensure that opportunities for securing justice are not denied to any citizen by reason of economic or other disabilities.

Eligibility Criteria:

• The candidate must be a law graduate having a Bachelor Degree in Law with at least 60% marks from any National Law School/college/university/institution established by law in India and recognizes by the bar council of India for enrolment as advocate.
• Candidates studying in the final year shall also be eligible to apply subject to furnishing proof of acquiring Law Degree at the time of interview.

Age Limit: up to 27 years.
