Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the preparation of financial statements in the appropriate format to include in timely filings with regulatory agencies.
- Leading Internal Control over Financial Reporting ( ICoFR ) compliance for specific areas (e.g., record- to-report, order-to-cash, etc.) to ensure that processes and controls are designed effectively and to address financial reporting.
- Performing analysis of accounts and highlighting any discrepancies/anomalies for correction and serving as an escalation point or subject matter expert for the resolution of accounting transactions and reporting questions.
- Ensuring transparency in financial reporting and disclosures.
