Responsibilities:
Business Planning and Delivery
- Planning & Implementing the identified 6P Strategy with the customers
- Deliver higher share than offline for all our categories
- Driving data based decision making by analyzing sales trends and key metrics
Customer Engagement
- Continuous engagement with all customers, driving JBP and supporting T2T engagement with them
- Onboarding of new customer accounts
Operational Efficiencies
- Engaging with Field / operations team to ensure smooth delivery of business
- Working with CS&L for transition to Direct and managing Direct deliveries
- Managing Customer Claims and processing them in timely manner
Independent account handling
- Planning Customer level spends and ensuring P&L at customer level is maintained
- Planning and implementing the 6P Strategy with the customers
