Qualifications
- M.Com / MBA Finance
- 7 to 10 years of post qualification experience in Finance – Controlling domain
- Must have strong Knowledge in Indian Accounting, Finance, MIS etc.
- Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills
- Ideally, you’ll also have Project management skills
- Credible experience working in a fast-moving, client-driven environment
- Strong fundamentals in Finance & Accounting
- Experience in Accounting ERP & MIS Systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and desire to learn.
- Experience in driving process improvement with various methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma
- Strong attention to details and sense of ownership
- Positive attitude and dependable team player
- Strong written, verbal and persuasive skills
Responsibilites
- Driving Finance process improvement projects – Ability to define As Is Processes and lead in designing of to-be processes leveraging leading practices and enabling technologies to ensure optimum and consistent performance
- Outsourced Accounting Process Management – Manage the SOW with service provider, Monitor and supervise key drivers & SLAs of process, Identify issues, process gaps and drive towards resolution
- Oversee Accounts Payable Invoice processing cycles, implement controls as necessary to ensure no incorrect payments are made.
- Oversee the Statutory and Regulatory requirements as per Indian Laws
- Handle meta-data in an ERP environment, e.g., Vendor Master data, Cost centers, Spend Reporting Segments, etc.
- Work with Internal and External auditors to provide information as requested during the audits.
- Support ERP implementation projects
- Coordinating / interacting with key stakeholders and work as an important point of contact for them.
