The main difference between the V2 and V3 portals is that in V2, forms are filled and uploaded, while in V3, forms are filled online, allowing users to save partially completed forms for later. V3 also introduces a personalized “My Application” feature, displaying all filed forms and their statuses, unlike V2’s general “My Workspace.” V3 requires email login and sends OTPs to ensure user authenticity, enhancing security over V2’s user ID login system.
