The Johnson & Johnson Services Financial Solutions and Technology (FST) are recruiting for a Senior Finance Analyst – Commercial Reporting to support Enterprise Reporting, including Operational and Management. The role would be situated in Bangalore, India, and may require up to 10% travel domestic/international.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end efforts to design, document, and deploy industry-leading operational and management reports (e.g. Sales, Price Volume, Gross to Net, Contribution Analysis, New Product Analysis, BME Analysis, KPI’s, etc.)
- Capture reporting user requirements from finance end-users across the globe
- Design reporting wireframes and mock-ups
- Develop documentation of report functional specifications
- Prepare and deliver training content
- Partner with business stakeholders, data team and process team to design reports, data mart architecture and help shape user requirements
- Establish relationships with business SME’s to gather reporting requirements and contribute to the future state report design
- Communicate requirements to technical build team and partner with them to prototype reports within the reporting tool while working in an agile manner
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance.
- MBA, CPA, CMA, or other applicable financial certifications are preferred.
- A minimum of three year’s finance or related business experience is required.
- Possess excellent analytical (MS Excel), conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or cross-sector experience is preferred
- The ability to think creatively and work in a team environment is required.
- The ability to effectively take on leadership roles in various functions is required.
- Capable of independent visionary thinking and strong interaction with the user base and other EPM workstreams
- Needs to work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend, implement, and own process improvements, work independently, and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously is required.
