The Supreme Court of India today refused to stay the collection of Toll Tax on DND Flyway connecting Delhi and Noida.
The Chief Justice T S Thakur, Justice A.M Khanwilkar and Justice D Y Chadrachud also directed Allahabad High Court to decide on a plea in 3 months challenging collection of toll tax on DND Flyway.
The petition was moved by Federation of Noida Residents Welfare Associations (FONRWA) on May 9 seeking to restrain Noida Toll Bridge Company Ltd (NTBCL) from collecting toll tax on DND flyway
