Our Tax & Accounting division is seeking to appoint Product Support Associate, based in Hyderabad office working primarily on our Corporate suite of products. This role will suit a person who is interested in pursuing a career as a Tax & Accounting Product Specialist.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Answering, resolving and updating all incidents and service requests from users and logging them in the service management system
• Answering phone calls in a timely manner, responding to all calls within the Service Level Agreements (SLA) and simultaneously working on Salesforce tickets.
• Resolving as many incidents and service requests as possible on the first call/contact
• Stakeholder management – providing timely and relevant updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Contributing to a positive business relationship with our customers
• Must be flexible to work in morning shifts 6 AM to 3 PM

Key Skills & Attributes

• Experience in a client-facing Service Desk or Support Analyst role
• Troubleshooting and desire to learn
• Working knowledge on Salesforce would be an added advantage
• High standard of professionalism along with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good numerical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn and understand new software products with ease
• Excellent organisation, planning and implementation skills
• High level of empathy and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team

Qualifications

• Accounting related Degree (BCOM/MBA)
• 1-2 years’ experience in Tax & Accounting field preferred

6AM IST to 3PM IST
