Situated in Cochin, the commercial and industrial hub of Kerala, a city with substantial growth in aviation, Cochin International Aviation Services Limited (CIASL) is setting up a world-class Aircraft Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facility.
Qualification : Associate/Fellow Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Graduate Degree in any discipline from a reputed university.
Experience : Minimum 03 years of post-qualification experience as Company Secretary / Deputy Company Secretary. The incumbent should be conversant in all aspects of company law and procedures.
Age : Shall not exceed 30 years as on 31st March 2021
Pay Scale : Rs.44500-3%-140000
